Campus Dimensions
Campus Dimensions is a comprehensive suite of automation solutions designed for educational institutions, with a wide variety of institutes, colleges, schools and universities as clients. Based on the Java2 Enterprise Edition platform, Campus Dimensions is a web based system that supports multi-location campuses.
Functionality
Academic
- Admission/Registration – handles admission offer, student registration, and selection processes like group
discussion, and personal interviews
- Student Administration – includes batch allocation, attendance, leave application processing, etc.
- Classroom Scheduling/TimeTable Generation – includes class scheduling and rescheduling, with flexibility to handle common sessions, faculty allocation, etc.
- Library Management – includes purchase of books, issues, library card, fine calculation, book stock, etc.
- Question Bank – a provision to build question bank over a period of time
- Examination and Result Analysis – includes exam scheduling, venue allocation, seat plans, conduct, valuation, re-exams, and gracing and result compilation
- Promotion and alumni – handles all activities related to alumni and student promotion including online registration, mail, chat, discussion forums, news and events
- Placement – handles all activities related to placement cell including online registration, mail, and
placement event scheduling
Administrative
- Fee management – includes fee collection, refund, dues, etc.
- Staff administration and payroll – includes complete human resource management and payroll. This includes managing personal registers, service registers, promotions, transfers, leave management, etc.
- Purchase & Inventory Management – includes the complete purchase cycle right from indent, requisitions, tender, quotations to purchase order and invoice
- Asset management – handles all activities related to asset management
- Hostel management – handles all activities related to hostel including room allocation, reallocation, expense dividing, billing, etc.
- Transport management & utilities – handles vehicle requisitions, scheduling, trip log, service details, etc.
- Front Office – handles front office activities like counseling, appointments, guest books, couriers and
even call registers
